Inside Sales Representative

 

City Personnel has an amazing job opportunity with one of our established RI clients.​ We are searching for an energetic Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for an upbeat, self motivated professional with great communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pursue leads generated by prospective customers' input of contact information and convert them to sales for the sales team.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Assist customers in account maintenance and make recommendations that positively affect both sales and customer satisfaction
  • Perform various other tasks as they are assigned by management.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere while still having a concept of individual accountability
  • Ability to interact with customers in a quick, efficient and pleasant manner in order to achieve the above listed responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Must be computer literate.

Education and Experience:

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • 1 to 2 years in similar role

Salary offered is $35k to $40k base plus commission and benefits.
