Accounts Payable Clerk
City Personnel is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable clerk for one of our established clients in the Warwick area.
Job Responsibilites:
High level of customer service
Administrator for corporate credit card processing
Reconciliation of vendor accounts
Processing & auditing of employee expense reimbursements
Accounts Payable related journal entries
Weekly check-run processing & reconciling
Processing of all expense invoices
Set up new expense vendors into system
Other duties and special projects as assigned by the A/P Supervisor
Key Requirements:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
General Ledger experience a must
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
Ability to accurately meet deadlines
Detail oriented
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
