Before a candidate is ever considered for a job we spend an extensive amount of time getting to them.  Our intensive screening process includes a detailed phone screen, after which a candidate is invited into our offices for a meeting.  In the meeting we discuss in great length their skills and past experiences.  From there our recruiters verify any education or previous employment as well as speak to a minimum two professional references.
